CatapalloVR, Inc. ("CatapalloVR," "we," "us," or "our") builds immersive VR, AI, and custom LMS training experiences under four products — CORE, REHEARSE, ARRIVE, and SPAR. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through catapallovr.com and our related product sites, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors nationwide.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on our site — the Contact form, a Book a Demo request, or a gated white paper download — we collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address, company name, and any message you send us. We use HubSpot as our forms and CRM provider to process and store this information.

Account information. If you subscribe to CORE or another CatapalloVR product with a login, we collect the information needed to create and manage that account, such as your name, email, organization, and login credentials.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site — through cookies and similar tracking technologies. See "Cookies & Tracking" below.

We do not knowingly collect full payment card numbers or bank account details directly; payment processing for any subscription product is handled by a third-party payment processor, not stored on our own systems.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide requested materials (such as white papers)
• Provide, maintain, and support the product(s) you've subscribed to or engaged us for
• Communicate with you about your account or an active engagement
• Send occasional marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time
• Understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it
• Meet legal, contractual, and security obligations

Cookies & Tracking

We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool, to understand basic site traffic; it operates automatically and doesn't require your consent. Separately, we use cookies and similar technologies from HubSpot, our forms and CRM provider, to power our contact form, white paper downloads, and meeting scheduler, and to understand more detailed site traffic. HubSpot's tracking and form scripts do not load until you accept cookies through the banner on this site. If you decline, HubSpot will not load: you can still browse the site, but forms, white paper downloads, and the scheduler will ask you to accept cookies before they can be used. You can change your choice at any time through your browser settings.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business — for example, HubSpot (forms, CRM, email), our website hosting provider, and payment processors for subscription billing. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CatapalloVR, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers — if CatapalloVR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy commitments described here.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we will do so.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our contact page. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

State-Specific Privacy Rights (U.S.)

CatapalloVR serves customers nationwide. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, which generally include:

• The right to know what personal information we have collected about you and why
• The right to request a copy of, correct, or delete your personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising — CatapalloVR does not sell personal information
• The right to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
• For California residents specifically: the right to request information about the categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose in the preceding 12 months

Children's Privacy

Our website and marketing materials are directed at businesses and professional organizations, not children. Our CORE product is used by autism providers and educators as a professional tool in a supervised setting, and is not intended for direct, unsupervised use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes, we may provide additional notice.
