CatapalloVR is committed to making our website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. As a company whose CORE product serves autism providers and neurodiverse individuals, accessibility isn't an afterthought for us — it's core to who we build for.

Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized standard for web accessibility, across catapallovr.com. This is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix, and we continue to test and improve as the site evolves.

What We've Built In

  • Visible, high-contrast keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element — links, buttons, form fields, and menus
  • A "skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users, so navigation doesn't have to be tabbed through on every page
  • Semantic HTML — proper heading structure, native accordion elements on our FAQ page, and labeled form fields
  • Descriptive alt text on images and logos throughout the site
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, including our mobile menu and dropdown menus
  • Modals and menus that close with the Escape key
  • Responsive text sizing that scales with your browser's zoom and font-size settings

Known Limitations

Some interactive elements on our site — such as the before/after image slider and multi-image product galleries — are still being refined for full keyboard and screen-reader parity with mouse/touch interaction. If you encounter a barrier using any part of our site, please let us know using the contact information below, and we'll work to address it.

Third-Party Content

Some forms and scheduling tools on our site (for example, our contact form and demo booking calendar) are provided by HubSpot, a third party. We've chosen providers with strong accessibility practices, but we don't control their code directly. If you have trouble with a specific embedded tool, please contact us and we'll help you complete what you need another way.
